Deep Cove Dog

Currently all walks are full so I’m not accepting new dog walking Clients. Boarding may be available date depending.

Dog walking

$30/hour plus GST

I will pick up and drop off your pup from your home or business on the North Shore. The one hour excludes the driving time. We are permitted to walk only at specific areas in West Vancouver and I will take up to six dogs per hike. My hikes are in the forest and off leash. Please note that I have known most of these dogs their entire life and I will place your pup with the group that I feel they fit best in. But of course I will do my best to work with the timeframe that you require.

Morning hike pick up times start just after 8 AM and drop off around 10:30 AM. Afternoon pick ups start around 11 AM and drop off around 1:30 PM. Every day is different and every schedule is different so these pick up and drop off times are not exact.

Boarding

$75/night plus GST

Your dog will live in my home with my family and be treated as my own. I do have a crate if required. I also have a nice quiet room. This all depends on every individual dog and their needs. Most seem to just like to sleep in the living room. We work it out.

During the day they will come on one of the hikes that I do as a commercial Dog Walker. If I have room, I will take them on both. If not, then they must be trusted to be left at my home for up to a couple hours.

Before any first stay, a brief meeting is scheduled at my home so you can see the environment your pup will be in. This also allows your dog to meet and smell my home while confidently leaving with his family. First impressions are everything.
